Install TSM 3 from the installer

Navigate to the Python/Lib/site-packages/tsm3 folder inside the Maya application (e.g. C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2017\Python\Lib\site-packages\tsm3)

Delete plugin.pyc file you find there.

Copy plugin.py file in this folder.

The plugin.py is the first file that is inside the TSM3 (Win) Maya 2018 archive folder.
